We had our flight bumped to a day later and had no where to stay. Made a last minute booking here for a great price. Showed up hours before check in just hoping to store our bags somewhere. Instead we were instantly provided with a rushed room which we were so grateful for. Customer service here is unbelievable! So helpful, going above and beyond the standard. The room was excellent. Location was charming, with a great pub within walking distance, and a market to pick up food and drinks just across the street. I could not recommend this hotel more, turned a really bad day into a great one!
So accommodating and helpful. Room was great size for our family needs, close to the airport, clean and really haven’t stayed anywhere with someone more helpful highly recommend.
We had a great experience at this hotel. The manager is so welcoming and helpful from the booking process until check out. We were visiting family nearby and wanted to break up the journey (with two young kids). The room was big and the beds comfy and everything was clean. Lovely bath and shower too. The room was affordable. Close by to amenities. Will definitely be returning here when we are next in the area. Thank you!
Location: Please consider wether Horley meet your needs. If yes. we warmly recommend this hotel. We are leaving tomorrow morning, have been here for a week. The communication with staff prior to our arrival was really very promising, with quick and thorough answers to my questions. I really don't know what I should pick on as "negative"!
Perfect place to get some rest before an early flight. The staff are amazing and we're full of information and useful tips for the area. The rooms are big and comfy enough for 5 of us to get a good nights sleep. It isn't a 5 star hotel... Yet. It's 7 star service with 3 star rooms. I look forward to visiting in the future to see what they've been able to do with the place, not that they need to to do anything as it suited our needs perfectly and we'd happily stay again.
We were very happy with our experience staying at London Gatwick Inn. The man at reception was very friendly & helpful. More than happy to make sure we had everything we needed. Aye, the place could do with some renovations. But for the price of a room you can't complain. You can easily take the bus from Gatwick airport to the hotel - 6 stops & £3. I'm sure I will book again if I need to stay at Gatwick
Booked here last minute due to changes to my flight. Eios was so friendly and accommodating. Made me feel welcome and safe and even upgraded my room due to an issue. Was lovely to chat to. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean with plenty of space. Highly recommend. I would stay again if I’m ever flying out of Gatwick again.
The location is great for Gatwick Airport. Plenty of parking. Fridge provided in the room that I stayed in. I was upgraded as well due to it being quiet that night. That's a great touch of hospitality. Will definitely be on the list of places to stay when needing a room before flying again from Gatwick.
